Miles McPherson was a guest speaker at both YC Belize 2007 & 2008 and has a unique way of relating and reaching young people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. He met with many pastors, leaders and youth on both trips to discuss some of the needs and challenges facing our young people in Belize and will be returning to conduct the Innovative Evangelism Conference.
It will be a time to be challenged & inspired in CREATIVITY, THINKING "OUTSIDE THE BOX," and LOOKING AT NEW & DIFFERENT WAYS to creatively fulfill the Great Commission in Belize. Miles's heart is to serve the Church in Belize in becoming more relevant in reaching the nation, and particularly the younger generation. Come and learn, be renewed, connect and get inspired!!!

Ministry Bio on Miles McPherson
Miles McPherson is the President of Miles Ahead Ministries as well as Senior Pastor of The Rock Church in San Diego, California. As a nationally known speaker, Miles speaks on relevant issues such as teen pregnancy, drug use, suicide and gangs, as well as dynamic church leadership and outreach strategies. Miles was born in Brooklyn, New York in March of 1960 and grew up with the dream of playing in the NFL. His dream came true and was drafted as a defensive back for the San Diego Chargers. Two years into his professional football career, Miles was battling a drug problem as his life began to spiral out of control. In April 1984, Miles asked Christ to come into his life and every thing began to change!!
Soon after, Miles went to work as a youth pastor for Horizon Christian Fellowship and received his master’s degree in 1991, then in 1992 began Miles Ahead Ministries, a non-profit organization that reaches out to the world’s youth with the gospel. In 2000 he started The Rock Church with its first service having over 3000 in attendance. Currently The Rock is San Diego’s largest church with over 10,000 people attending six services every Sunday.
This Conference is for Pastors, Youth leaders, anyone involved with and want to reach young people for Christ and youths who desire to reach their generation.with the gospel!
