The library of the George Price Centre for Peace and Development provides a complete record on the life and work of the Rt. Honourable George Price. Visitors will find documents, pictures and memorabilia preserved by the Rt. Hon. George Price during his years of service to Belize, as well as books on this remarkable man. A comprehensive database of these media is being prepared and will be made available soon. We have also made a selection of historically important documents which can be viewed here.

In addition to information on Mr. Price, we offer comprehensive information to individuals interested in studying the subjects of Peace and Development in Belize, the Region and the World. We are acquiring publications and other media about Belize's history and development, as well as peace and development initiatives and achievements throughout the wider Region.  The list of available books and publications can be viewed here.

If you would like to contribute books, videos, pictures, etc. on Mr. Price or the wider subject of Peace and Development of Belize, the Region and the World, kindly contact us at info@gpcbelize.com or at 822-1054. We will upkeep your collection in impeccable state and will acknowledge you for your contribution. Should you have original materials which you wish to share but do not wish to donate to the Centre, consider lending them to us for scanning or copying, to complete our collection.

The George Price Archival Collection

Mr. Price has donated a significant number of documents, files, photographs and memorabilia that chart his life and work to the Centre.  These items have been incorporated into the George Price Archival Collection.  The Collection is a remarkable and valuable resource in that it is an extensive record of historic events and situations affecting Belize as well as the Central-American and Caribbean Regions. 

The Collection can be accessed by anyone who is interested in research on various aspects of the development of Belize, including its  history and  politics.
