Kids bored at home? Here’s some suggestions!

Need an activity to help your kids through the Summer?  They might need a little push, but why not visit the Centre’s children’s library?  We offer a great selection of children’s books to learn, to grow, to imagine…  The library opens daily from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.  Check with us to sign up for the lending library!

The Centre is also organizing its first Primary School Research Competition and Forum. The activity aims to encourage Primary School students to conduct proper research, study and analysis in general and focuses in particular on the life and character of the later Mr. Price. Students attending school in Belmopan (Standards 4, 5 and 6) are invited to join the competition by writing a paper on the theme “George Price in the 1950-ies – Life and character”.  For guidelines of this competition, click here. Students have all summer to work on their paper – deadline for submission is Tuesday, September 11 at 5.00 p.m.
