Taste of Hope – Coming this Month

Be it our museum, IT training centre, library or any of our activities: come and experience the Centre!

  • Exhibit: George Price – man of purpose and vision. This multimedia exhibit takes you on a journey through Belize’s history in search of George Price, the man behind the politician who “by the Might of Truth and the Grace of God” led the young nation of Belize from a British colony to a strong, dynamic and independent country.  The permanent exhibit is often complimented by smaller, traveling exhibits which can all be visited free of cost.
  • The library at the George Price Centre for Peace and Development houses a fantastic collection of books on issues such as peace, social development, human rights and the development of the Caribbean and Central-American Regions.
  • Our IT Training Centre was established with the assistance from the Republic of China (Taiwan).  The Centre houses 29 computers that are internet-connected and are available for research by university students as well as Friends of the Centre.
